GRIEF PROGRAMS & SUPPORT

Conley Outreach has provided bereavement services for children, youth and adults for over 35 years. We offer these supports at no cost or low cost to the community primarily from private donations. One of our most treasured programs is our Good Grief Day Camp, a week long nature based day camp for children ages 6-12, who have lost a parent or sibling. We also provide adult bereavement support groups monthly for free to the community. Thanks to generous donors like you, we are able to keep these essential programs available to those who need it most.

GOOD SAMARITAN

Conley Outreach provides limited, short-term financial assistance to local individuals and families through the Good Samaritan Fund. We also serve as the local Salvation Army Service Extension Site.

HOLIDAY SPIRIT

The Holiday Spirit program, a joint program between the Kaneland Schools and Conley Outreach/West Towns matches families in need with area churches, civic organizations, business, and individuals willing and able to help. Holiday Spirit provides assistance to approximately 100 children each year. Financial donations are used to shop for unmatched families, purchase gas/grocery cards, and to help make the holiday experience similar for all. Any exceeding donations remain in the fund to assist local families financially with bills if they experience an unexpected economic loss.
