Nourishing Your Heart Cooking and Connecting After Loss

Join Northwestern Medicine Leishman Center staff in collaboration with Conley Outreach Community Services for this 90 minute program on cooking and connecting after the loss of a loved one. Learn about the importance of nourishing yourself with healthy food, while connecting with others in this uplifting, hands-on cooking class. Recipes and tasting included.
