All of our adult support groups meet monthly at 7pm in Room 10 of the Elburn & Countryside Community Center at 525 N. Main Street in Elburn. The groups are open, so you can drop in any time as needed. Licensed clinical social workers facilitate these free sessions.

Grieving with Hope is a general support group for adults grieving any type of death loss. It meets at 7pm on the 4th Thursday of the month, except in November and December when it meets on the 3rd Thursday.

Mourning After is a support group for adults ages 55 and younger who have lost a spouse or life partner. It meets at 7pm on the 1st Thursday of the month.

Grieving Parent Support is a group for any parent who has lost a child, no matter how long ago the loss occurred, or the age of the child at the time of death. It meets at 7pm on the 2nd Thursday of the month.
